Converly ("we", "us") builds AI automation agents for businesses, operating on WhatsApp, Instagram and the web. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

What we collect

When you book an audit, message us on WhatsApp/Instagram, or submit a form on this site, we collect your name, business name, phone number, email and the details you share about your business. If you become a client, we process the messages your customers send to your AI agent solely to operate that agent on your behalf.

How we use it

To respond to your inquiry, schedule your audit, build and operate your automation, and send you updates about your account. We do not sell your data or your customers' data to third parties.

Third-party services

We rely on providers including Meta (WhatsApp Business API and Instagram), Stripe, Cal.com, Supabase, OpenAI, Resend, and Vercel to deliver, secure, and measure our service. Each provider processes information under its own privacy terms. We do not include personal information in analytics events.

AI chat and analytics

Messages submitted to the live website demo are processed to generate a reply. Do not submit sensitive personal, financial, or medical information in the demo. We use privacy-focused website analytics to understand page visits and actions such as booking, call, and WhatsApp clicks.

Retention and security

We retain inquiry and client information only as long as needed to respond, provide the service, meet legal obligations, and maintain business records. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
