Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of getconverly.com and the automation services Converly provides. By booking an audit or engaging Converly, you agree to these terms.

Services

Converly designs, builds and operates AI agents and automation workflows on channels you already use (WhatsApp, Instagram, your website, your tools). Setup fees and monthly plans are agreed in writing before work begins.

14-day launch guarantee

If your agent is not live and answering real customers within 14 days of kickoff (assuming timely access to the accounts and information we need from you), the setup fee is waived. Monthly plan fees begin once the agent is live.

Client responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information you provide, for maintaining your own accounts (WhatsApp Business, Meta, Stripe, calendar), and for complying with the terms of those platforms.

Payment

Setup fees are due to begin work. Monthly fees are billed in advance and may be cancelled with 30 days' notice.
